Everest Re Group, Ltd. (NYSE:RE) announces the appointment of Charles
Higham to the position of Vice President and leader of the Financial
Institutions Group at Everest Specialty Underwriters, a division of
Everest Insurance. He is responsible for leading the management and
professional liability lines of business for all types of financial
institutions as part of the broader growth initiatives at Everest
Insurance.
Charlie joined Everest Insurance from Zurich North America, where he led
the financial institutions group. Charlie started his career at Gulf
Insurance Group and has held several underwriting and management
positions in the international and financial institution departments at
both The Hartford and Arch Insurance Group.
