Everest Re Group, Ltd. (NYSE:RE) announced today that Keith Lavigne has
joined Everest Insurance® as the newly appointed leader of Management &
Professional Liability within Everest Specialty Underwriters.
Prior to joining Everest, Keith served as Executive Vice President of
Chubb Financial Lines, and business segment Leader for Chubb’s retail
management liability business. In this capacity, Keith managed a team of
300 underwriters across 38 offices in North America, focused on
providing specialty solutions to companies in the private and
not-for-profit industry segments. Prior to joining ACE in March of 2009
(currently known as Chubb), Keith spent approximately eight years with
AIG, most recently as Senior Vice President of the AIG executive
liability financial institutions division.
Keith holds a Bachelor of Science degree in financial accounting from
the University of New Haven and is licensed as a Certified Public
Accountant in Connecticut. He is a member of the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants (“AICPA”) and the Connecticut Society of
Certified Public Accountants (“CSCPA”).
